She is as complex and enigmatic as she looks. David has declared his unabashed love for her, and threatened to keep her all for himself!
A mystic who occupies the space between, Mouflon is the ancestral sheep who lures you deeper into the forest than you would dare to go yourself. She has answers if you are still enough to listen.
Mouflon started out as an expressive blend of Viognier and Riesling, and after spending 5 long months on her skins (unheard of in Ontario), has mystically morphed into a stunning orange wine. Aka an amber wine. Aka a skin-contact white wine. (If you're not too familiar with orange wine, you can read our short blurb on it below).
You will find notes of dried apricot and grapefruit, white gummy bears and liquorice, cinnamon and pine. She has a warm, long finish and we can't wait for you to try her.
