In Carmignano (Tuscany) there’s a term "vin ruspo" (stolen wine) that’s when part of the juice of freshly crushed red grapes is taken (“stolen”) in order to produce a rosé.
Made of Grignolino, a Piemontese indigenous grape varietal tracing its history back further than Nebbiolo! Expect vibrant red fruit and a pleasant spiciness on the palate.
